We are halfway through our
Let’s recap about yesterday’s ride. We went to Ophir and Alta lakes. The weather was ok going to Ophir, cloudy and
a bit chilly but still ok. It wasn’t
too bad of a trail compared to the other ones we have done this week. There were still shelf roads and some loose
rocks but otherwise, not too bad. The
view was amazing. The range looked like
a painting! I wish I had enough internet
support to show you now but again, I will have to wait until later. It’s hard to edit a blog on a phone. We left around
Today I think we are doing Imogene which is supposed to be a medium to hard trail. We did take Zeke with us yesterday and probably today. I feel bad for the pup since he is so worried about the bumps and the harder travel. I tried giving him some hemp treats (he did eat) but it didn’t calm him. I offered him a bully stick…nothing. I just worry because I don’t know how he is handling the thinner air. I know for me, I get a little light headed but I am also not as anxious as him. I may see if I can get a bit of benadryl and maybe that will make him sleep but I hate to drug him. He’s great when we go out and explore. It is just the hard travel he has a problem.
Today is Stacy’s birthday too! I got her a shirt, socks and an electric knife. The shirt and socks are from this KOA with a camping theme.
Today John wants to be on the road by
Speaking of coffee, it is time for my second cup and I have to prep Zeke’s breakfast then we go for a walk. Onward to the next adventures of the day!
A presto!
